I became a John Maxwell team certified coach/trainer/speaker because I want to add value to the lives of those around me, whether they are working on personal growth or are growing their business and the people within it.  The methods we use are tried and true and really get results.

Prior to joining the team, I spent over 30 years in management and leadership roles in both private and nonprofit sectors.  Working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and later as a Project Management Professional (PMP) afforded me the opportunity to be intimately involved with various organizations.  One thing I found in common with successful businesses is that extraordinary organizations are created by productive and inspired leaders. The John Maxwell philosophy empowers organizations and moves them from ordinary to exceptional.

As a long-time fan of John Maxwell's books, it is an honor for me to share his teachings with you.  What he says is common sense, easy to understand and, most importantly, applicable to anyone.  We will set forth simple principles you can apply to your life--you and your organization will be able to apply what you learn the same day.  Twice a year I meet with John Maxwell and his faculty to learn the very latest coaching, speaking and training ideas.  There is always something new from John and his renowned faculty!
